Troubleshooting first
Section titled “Troubleshooting first”- Web / desktop: refresh or relaunch, confirm you are signed in, check network.
- Browser extension: update the browser, disable other extensions temporarily, clear cache for the site you are saving.
- Mobile: latest App Store version, restart the app, stable connection; for share sheet issues see Mobile.
- CLI / Raycast / API / MCP: confirm sign-in or that your API key is still active in Settings; see CLI, Raycast, API, MCP.
