Replaces a tag with another on every card; a card that has both keeps one. Returns at once; poll the operation for progress. One tag change runs at a time per account.

`POST /v1/tags/merge`

**Request body** (`application/json`, required)

- `from` (string, required) — The tag to merge away, matched ignoring case.
- `into` (string, required) — The tag to keep.

**Responses**

- `202` — Tag change started
- `400` — Invalid tag name
- `404` — No card has the tag
- `409` — Another tag change is still running (\`TAG\_OPERATION\_RUNNING\`)
