You can delete your Teak account and its data from any Teak app or by email. Deleting your account can't be undone.

## What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your account, sign-in details, cards, tags, notes and uploaded files. It starts as soon as you confirm, and the [Privacy Policy](/docs/privacy-policy) commits to finishing it within 30 days.

App usage events and crash reports aren't removed automatically. To have those deleted too, email us after you delete your account.

If you only want to remove some cards, delete them instead. Deleted cards stay in Trash for 30 days, then are deleted for good.

## On Android

1. Open Teak and go to **Settings**.
2. Tap **Delete Account**, then **Delete Account** again.
3. Type "delete account" and tap **Delete Forever**.

## On iPhone, iPad or Mac

1. Open Teak and go to **Settings**.
2. Choose **Delete Account**, then confirm.
3. Type "delete account" to finish.

## On the web

1. Sign in at [app.teakvault.com](https://app.teakvault.com) and open **Settings**.
2. Choose **Delete account**.
3. Type "delete account" and confirm.

## By email

If you can't sign in, or the app says account changes are paused, email hi@praveenjuge.com from the address on your Teak account and ask for your account to be deleted. We'll confirm when it's done, within 30 days.
